Darcey Lynn

Darcey Lynn was most recently an Apprentice with Ballet Tucson. Prior to her joining Ballet Tucson, she danced with Oklahoma City Ballet II through the University of Oklahoma’s Joint Program while earning a BFA in Ballet Performance and a BA in Psychology.
During her time with Ballet Tucson, she has performed in works by Kiyon Ross, Paul Gibson, Cheiko Imada, George Balanchine, and Andrea Schermoly (as an understudy), appearing in productions including Giselle, Serenade, Divertimento No. 15, and The Nutcracker. She was also featured in the winning pas de deux Asphodel at the Footprints at the Fox Choreography Contest.
At the University of Oklahoma, her repertoire included leading and soloist roles such as Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Jerome Robbins’ Antique Epigraphs, Gerald Arpino’s Reflections/Viva Vivaldi, and original works by Robyn Mineko Williams and Price Suddarth. Additional training includes Oklahoma City Ballet II and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA), where she performed works by Ilya Kozadayev and appeared in Harlequinade Pas de Deuxand The Nutcracker.
She has attended prestigious summer programs including Atlanta Ballet, Sarasota Ballet, Boston Ballet, Chautauqua Institution, and the School of American Ballet. Beyond performance, she has teaching experience at Ballet Conservatory of Asheville and has participated in workshops featuring the work of Jiří Kylián and William Forsythe.
